The mission of O.U.R.-CUCGC Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathemantic Education Program is to support existing S.T.E.A.M. school programs to realize their goals for each student:
- "Open" their eyes to the opportunities that are available for them in S.T.E.A.M. careers.
- "Understand" their innate greatness, informed by the rich cultures and histories of their people.
- "Resolve" to practice excellence in all that they do to actualize that greatness.
Our program was built on a strong home-school tradition, committed to the idea that “it takes a village to raise a child”.
We encourage our diasporic school communities, parents and children to learn and play together in all the culturally diverse communities that we serve.
