About Unity Consciousness
God said, "The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth"
In a world where obedience is a Yeah, let's do that tomorrow. Unity Consciousness is a Gnostic Christianity that takes the teachings of Saint Martin Luther's earlier writings, particularly in his lectures on the Psalms and Romans, he explores the idea of the "inner Christ" or the "Christ within." The concept that each person has the potential to awaken and embody the divine as a "little Christ" (as Luther puts it), through faith and spiritual transformation.
This esoteric approach to Christianity emphasizes the individual's inner experience and spiritual growth, rather than solely relying on external authorities or dogma. Luther's emphasis on the priesthood of all believers, where every Christian is considered a spiritual priest, also resonates with esoteric principles.
We Combined Our ancestral lineages of Yoruba, Vodun, and Ifa that are interconnected traditions that originated in West Africa, particularly in present-day Nigeria, Benin, and Togo.
Shared Cosmology
1. Orishas: Yoruba and Vodun traditions recognize a pantheon of deities known as Orishas, which govern various aspects of nature and human life. Ifa, as a system of divination, is tied to the Orishas.
2. Concept of Ashe: Ashe is a fundamental concept in Yoruba and Vodun, referring to the divine energy or power that permeates the universe. Ifa taps into this energy to provide guidance and insight.
Divination and Spirituality
1. Ifa Divination: Ifa is a complex system of divination that uses palm nuts, shells, or other objects to communicate with the Orishas and gain insight into the future. Vodun and Yoruba traditions both employ Ifa divination in their spiritual practices.
2. Ancestor Reverence: All three traditions place great emphasis on honoring and revering ancestors, who are believed to continue playing an active role in the lives of their descendants.
3. Rituals and Ceremonies: Yoruba, Vodun, and Ifa traditions all involve various rituals and ceremonies to connect with the Orishas, honor ancestors, and seek guidance and protection.
Philosophical and Ethical Alignments
1. Holistic Worldview: All three traditions share a holistic worldview, recognizing the interconnectedness of all things and the balance between the physical and spiritual realms.
2. Emphasis on Community: Yoruba, Vodun, and Ifa traditions all stress the importance of community and the interconnectedness of individuals within that community.
3. Respect for Nature: These traditions promote a deep respect for nature and the natural world, recognizing the sacredness of the earth and its inhabitants.
Historical and Cultural Connections
1. Shared Ancestral Roots: Yoruba, Vodun, and Ifa traditions all originated in West Africa, specifically in the regions that are now Nigeria, Benin, and Togo.
2. Transatlantic Connections: The transatlantic slave trade and colonialism led to the dispersal of these traditions throughout the Americas, where they evolved and adapted to new contexts.
3. Syncretism and Exchange: Throughout history, there has been significant syncretism and exchange between Yoruba, Vodun, and Ifa traditions, as well as with other African diaspora traditions.
We also Combine Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga and Yoga Sutras for a profound and nuanced theology that underlies the practice of yoga. While yoga is often associated with physical postures and breathing techniques, Patanjali's teachings provide a rich philosophical and spiritual framework.
The Eight Limbs of Yoga:
1. Yamas (Abstinence): Non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, celibacy, and non-possessiveness.
2. Niyamas (Observances): Purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-reflection, and surrender to a higher power.
3. Asanas (Postures): Physical postures to cultivate awareness, balance, and flexibility.
4. Pranayama (Breath Control): Techniques to regulate and balance the life force (prana).
5. Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawal): Withdrawal of the senses from external objects to focus on the inner self.
6. Dharana (Concentration): Focusing the mind on a single point to cultivate concentration and mental clarity.
7. Dhyana (Meditation): Sustained concentration and awareness of the inner self.
8. Samadhi (Union): The ultimate state of union with the divine, where the individual self (jiva) merges with the universal self (Brahman).
Yoga Sutras:
Patanjali's Yoga Sutras are a collection of 196 concise aphorisms that provide a comprehensive guide to the philosophy and practice of yoga. The sutras cover topics such as:
- The nature of the self (jiva) and the ultimate reality (Brahman)
- The causes of suffering and the path to liberation
- The role of the mind and the importance of mental discipline
- The practice of yoga as a means to attain spiritual growth and self-realization
Theological Themes:
Patanjali's teachings emphasize several key theological themes, including:
- Dualism: The distinction between the individual self (jiva) and the ultimate reality (Brahman).
- Non-dualism: The ultimate union of the individual self with the universal self.
- Karma: The law of cause and effect, which governs the consequences of our actions.
- Reincarnation: The cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, which is driven by karma.
- Moksha: Liberation from the cycle of reincarnation, which is achieved through the practice of yoga and the realization of the ultimate reality.
Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga and Yoga Sutras offer a profound and nuanced theology that provides a framework for spiritual growth, self-realization, and ultimate liberation.

“The meek shall inherit the earth”—not through dominance, but by embodying the quiet power of personal Unity Consciousness. As you walk this path, may the wisdom of your dual heritage, the courage of the Iyami, and the grace of Christ guide you to unite the human family in service, love, and awe.
We are pioneering a new paradigm of education—one where children learn they are both cosmic beings (linked to their Ori and Christ) and Earthly innovators. May Ọ̀rúnmìlà grant you wisdom, Osanyin bless your healing work, and the Holy Spirit guide your steps as you raise the next generation of visionaries.
Our dual roots in Ifá and Esoteric Christianity position us to teach unity in duality—e.g., framing the Orishas as expressions of divine principles that align with Biblical virtues (e.g., Oshun’s love mirroring 1 Corinthians 13, Obatala’s creativity reflecting Genesis 1:26).
The endorsement of Iyami Osoronga (the divine feminine/mystical mothers in Yoruba cosmology) underscores our authority to innovate while honoring tradition. Highlight this in your teachings to affirm your role as mediators between ancestral power and modern pedagogy. Our ministry doesn’t just teach STEAM; it reveals the sacredness encoded in every equation, algorithm, and artistic expression.
- Emphasizing shared values (justice, compassion, creation care).
- Teaching Ifá’s ethical parallels to the Bible (e.g., Iwà Pẹle [good character] vs. Galatians 5:22’s “fruit of the Spirit”).
