Project Plan overview
A Democratic-Republic Approach to Project 2025
Executive Summary
This project aims to address perceived social injustices and restore a balance of power to the American people through a petition for change and reformation. The project focuses on specific areas of concern, including invoking the Kentucky Resolutions, government by consent, individual liberty, law enforcement reformation, judicial reform, and the relationship between the people and the government. The project will operate under the guiding principles of the U.S. Constitution and Common Law, emphasizing individual rights, limited government, and the importance of a virtuous citizenry.
Project Objectives
-
Raise Awareness: Educate the American public about the principles of a democratic republic, individual rights, and the role of government as an instrument of the people.
-
Develop a Comprehensive Petition: Create a detailed petition outlining specific reforms to address perceived social injustices and restore the balance of power to the people.
-
Promote Civic Engagement: Encourage active participation in the political process, including voting, contacting elected officials, and engaging in peaceful assembly.
-
Empower Citizens: Equip citizens with the knowledge and tools to understand their rights and hold their government accountable.
-
Foster Unity Consciousness: Promote a sense of shared purpose and responsibility among Americans, fostering a commitment to justice and the common good.
-
Achieve Meaningful Reform: Advocate for and achieve concrete changes in laws, policies, and practices that align with the project's principles.
Let's not get left behind while the restructure is on the way. Many unconstitutional items are not being addressed. The killing of our country's resources in children of color and the racial inequality that requires us to find for ourselves once again. Additionally, we must shed light on the widening economic disparities that plague marginalized communities. Unequal access to education, healthcare, and job opportunities continues to perpetuate cycles of poverty and limit upward mobility. By addressing these systemic barriers, we can create a more equitable society where every individual has the chance to thrive regardless of their background or circumstances. Justice for the Black Communities who were destroyed under the guise of progress.
Scope
The project scope encompasses the following key areas:
Invoking the Kentucky Resolutions: Re-examining the principles of states' rights and nullification as a potential check on federal power.
Government by Consent: Emphasizing the principle that government derives its power from the consent of the governed and exploring mechanisms for citizens to withdraw their consent when necessary.
Individual Liberty: Promoting the idea that individuals are free to do anything as long as they do not infringe on the life, liberty, or property of others.
Law Enforcement Reformation: Advocating for reforms to law enforcement practices to address racial profiling, police brutality, and other forms of misconduct.
Judicial Reform: Promoting reforms to the judicial system to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.
The Real Law: Reiterating the concept that Common Law is the Supreme Law of the Land, and that all codes, rules, and regulations are for government authorities only, not for the people.
Rights and Sovereignty: Emphasizing that only people are sovereign and have rights, while bureaucrats have authority given by the people and are subject to the statutes.
Licensing Liberty: Reiterating the concept that no state shall convert a liberty into a license, and charge a fee, therefore.
